The rules every room inherits

1. 1. Every seat starts with exactly ƒ1,000 and all 20 clubs open at ƒ50.
2. 2. Entry closes before matchday one. No seat can join after the commissioner advances the tape.
3. 3. The commissioner advances one shared matchday. Wins, draws, losses and goal difference set every quote under the published replay formula.
4. 4. Orders are one whole share at the displayed deterministic quote. There is no spread, leverage, interest, fee, fabricated liquidity or hidden price priority.
5. 5. Standings rank marked portfolio value, then cash, then display name. All seats are compared from the same opening bell.
6. 6. A replacement inherits the existing seat, cash, holdings and immutable receipts. A replacement never receives a new bankroll.
7. 7. Commissioner actions and dispute resolutions are named and time-stamped. Trade receipts cannot be edited or deleted.
8. 8. At matchday 38 the table freezes as final. A new season requires a new room and a fresh equal bankroll.
