Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use fandaq.com or create a FANDAQ account. If you do not agree, do not create an account or place a virtual trade. You must be at least 13 to hold an account; if you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must permit your use.

2. FanBucks are not money

FANDAQ is a sports-market game. FanBucks are closed-loop game points with no cash value. They cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn, transferred for money, redeemed, or used to win a cash prize. A virtual trade is not a securities trade, bet, or financial transaction.

3. Accounts and public identity

Authentication is provided through the sign-in methods shown on the site. Keep access to your account secure and tell us if you believe it has been compromised. FANDAQ assigns a generated public trader name; the leaderboard publishes that name with game-only net worth, profit, trade count, rank, and streak. It does not publish your email address or sign-in name.

4. Fair play

You may not:

• automate trades or scrape protected endpoints without written permission;
• create or coordinate accounts to manipulate prices, rankings, or rewards;
• evade rate limits, access controls, suspensions, or other integrity measures;
• probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account; or
• use FANDAQ for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.

We may reverse game activity, reset a season or balance, restrict an account, or suspend a feature when reasonably needed to preserve integrity, security, or availability.

5. Prices, data, and results

Virtual prices combine sports-performance inputs with in-game supply and demand. Sources can be late, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable, and game rules may change between seasons. Displayed prices and results are for entertainment and comparison only and must not be used as financial, betting, scouting, employment, or other professional advice.

6. Content and rights

FANDAQ owns or licenses its original software, design, writing, and branding. Athlete, team, league, and competition names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the subject of game data and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

7. Availability and account action

We may change, pause, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten other users, game integrity, or service security. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve accurate game records, but continuous or error-free availability is not promised.

8. Warranty and liability

FANDAQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law permits, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Ontario law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without overriding any mandatory protection that applies where you live.

10. Changes and contact
